Come together with other Canadian health leaders who use or are interested in using the LEADS framework for leadership capacity development in their organization.
The LEADS Collaborative Community for Practice Exchange Day will take place on June 8 following the National Health Leadership Conference on on June 6-7, 2016. Be part of this exciting day and leave with tangible tools and information to enhance leadership capacity in your organization.
Following National Health Leadership Conference (NHLC) 's 2 nd Annual Great Canadian Healthcare Debate , our panel members will provide perspectives on some of the topics discussed. Download the agenda for more information.
The objectives of the 2016 LEADs Exchange day are to:
- CONNECT: To be a place for meaningful connection for those who are building leadership capacity for health system transformation. We believe that engaging others and building meaningful partnerships and coalitions are at the heart of growing health leaders together
- SHARE: Offer participants the opportunity to exchange knowledge on integrating LEADS into their organization and sustain leadership development. The focus is on sharing experiences, learnings and tools
- LEARN: To learn from each other and to understand how to contextualize the LEADS framework to your own organization and create a LEADS-based learning organization. It is place to ask your burning questions and find support for your development.
